I am so over the moon with my birthday shoes and y’all’s customer service! I called in from Texas for some discontinued New Balance shoes and didn’t have a lot of hope left after looking literally everywhere for a certain color in my size. Even though I could hear how swamped they were in the background, after checking the inventory—taking care of other clients—and looking in the back Kendrick found them for me and was happy to ship them out, plus they were $20 cheaper than my running store here! They came in four days early, packaged perfectly, with receipts and a business card neatly taped to the box. Kendrick thank you for taking your time out to look for these, making my birthday special with my favorite running shoes, and getting these out to me fast, I appreciate you guys so much!
