         Location: 845 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, Fl 32065
         Hours: Flexible, includes Mondays & Saturdays
         Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + commission

At Boger's Shoes, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, expert knowledge, and a welcoming shopping experience. We're currently looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable         Part-Time Shoe Fitter to join our team.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Greet and assist customers in selecting the right footwear
    • Measure and assess foot size and shape to recommend the best fit
    • Provide product knowledge and support customer needs
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
    • Process sales using the POS system
    • Work collaboratively with the retail team to meet sales goals

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customer service experience (retail a plus, but not required)
    • A friendly and professional attitude
    • Comfortable being on your feet
    • Ability to work additional days, some holidays, and flexible shifts
    • An eye for style and a passion for helping people feel great in their shoes
